Nancy is responsible for addressing the needs of our clients in Canada.
Before joining Citi in 2006, she practiced US securities law at Shearman & Sterling LLP, specializing in cross-border corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions.
Nancy is a graduate in business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and also holds a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University.
She has been called to the bars of New York, Massachusetts and Ontario. She is a CFA charter holder.
Nancy sits on the board of the Golf Association of Ontario and is Past-President of the Toronto CFA Society.
