  • Am I able to transact on the Web?

    Our users in Europe may make funds transfers between accounts or to other accounts anywhere in the world. For users in Asia, US and Latin America regions you will not be able to transact.

  • Does the Web site contain links to other Citi Web sites where the clients can transact (e.g., Citibank Online, CitiBusiness, Citigold online)?

    Yes. This means you are able to securely store your passwords on the Private Bank site to help you seamlessly log in whenever you log into the Private Bank site.

  • Can I email my private banker from the Web site?

    Yes. On the left-hand side of every Web page is a Message Center link. For security reasons, your message CANNOT be delivered directly to a private banker's company email. Instead, your message arrives at our service center, where it is routed to your banker.

  • If I search for a position, will it include mutual fund holding?

    No. This information is aggregated and displayed for individual holdings only, across the Account Group selected. It does not include holdings within a mutual fund.
